Packaging the Return
Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Items sent back without an RMA number or in poor condition may not be accepted. -
Shipping the Return
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
